Welcome to The Sophisticated Estate - this 5-bedroom contemporary villa exudes a balance of elegance and comfort, making it the perfect retreat for your Orlando vacation. From the moment you step inside, you'll be welcomed by an expansive open living space designed for relaxation and family bonding. The living room, with its plush sectional sofa and accent chair, creates the ideal spot for the whole family to gather and share stories of the day's adventures. The space flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which is fully equipped for any culinary needs, whether you're preparing a full meal or just a quick snack. A three-seat breakfast bar provides a casual spot to grab a bite, while the formal dining table accommodates up to eight for sit-down meals. Additionally, a cozy breakfast nook with seating for four offers a perfect spot for a casual morning coffee or late-night snacks.

The villa is designed to sleep up to 12 guests comfortably, with bedrooms spread across two floors to provide space and privacy. On the ground floor, a spacious king-sized bedroom awaits, just across from a shared family bathroom, offering convenience and comfort. Upstairs, two luxurious king-sized suites offer tranquility and relaxation, while two creatively themed bedrooms are sure to capture the imagination of younger guests. One themed room features twin bunk beds, while the second brings a playful touch with two sets of bunk beds, sleeping up to four children, and even includes a fun slide. The second floor also offers a shared family bathroom and a convenient laundry room for extended stays.

The second-floor loft serves as a cozy media space where you can binge-watch your favorite TV shows on a large flat-screen TV. Rental Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays 
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
