Welcome to Reunion Views, a beautiful 5 bedroom vacation rental home located in Reunion Resort, only miles away from Orlando attractions including Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando. Have the family vacation of your dreams at this amazing rental villa.
Be wowed from the moment you enter the home with sophisticated furnishings, amazing attention to detail and a spacious open floor plan with plenty of space to be with family and make priceless vacation memories. The living area is the perfect place to gather and unwind, featuring plush leather seating and a cinematic viewing experience. There s plenty of seating to accommodate everyone.
The fully equipped kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops, a kitchen island, and sleek black appliances. A breakfast bar has additional seating as well as a table with seating for six. The outside pool area offers plenty of opportunities for fun with the family with outdoor seating, a fire pit and summer kitchen, and extra large private pool and spillover spa. Enjoy the Florida sunshine and beautiful views of the Tom Watson legacy golf course. You will have your own private pool and be only steps away from one of the Reunion community pools.
One bedroom is located downstairs with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Head upstairs to the loft area where you will find a movie theater with comfortable seating for six and balcony access with gorgeous views of the golf course. The upstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and balcony access.
You will also find a kids bedroom that features two twin over twin bunk beds and ensuite The final bedroom features one twin and one full-size perfect for kids or teens. All bedrooms feature blackout shades ensure a restful night of sleep after a long day of enjoying the Orlando attractions.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
