This magnificent villa is well-appointed with modern interior furnishings, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, and fun-filled amenities for the ultimate vacation experience. Only a few miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, Golden Bear Oasis provides the perfect blend of excitement and leisure for your dream vacation!
As you walk in, you will enter into a beautifully designed open floor plan. With a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the cooks of the family will find everything they need to prepare their favorite recipes. The formal dining room table provides seating for 8, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. This will be the perfect space to gather for your family meals. Get comfortable on the leather sectional sofa in the living room and watch a movie, or enjoy great conversation over a cup of coffee in the adjoining seating area with a cocktail table.
Admire the great golf course views as you step out to your private patio. Soak up the sun in one of the poolside loungers and cool off with a swim in your private pool with a spillover spa. Enjoy a friendly game of ping pong under the shade of the palm tree or sharpen your golf skills before your tee time on the putting green. Take advantage of the Florida weather and grill out courtesy of your resort-style tiki bar with BBQ. After a day filled with adventures, retreat to sophisticcated, comfortable bedrooms. There are three refreshing master suites to choose from, all with king-sized beds. The first is located on the ground floor for convenience and features an en suite bathroom with a double shower. You will find the remaining bedrooms on the second floor. The second master suite includes an en suite bathroom with a shower. At the rear of the home, the third master suite has an en suite bathroom with a shower and separate garden tub, and a balcony with views of the golf course. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a king-sized bed. The kids will love their bedrooms designed just for them! They will have their choice between the superhero-themed bedroom with 2x double/double bunk beds or the Super Mario-themed bedroom with a Nintendo Switch and double/double bunk bed. Both rooms are incredibly detailed in their design and each offers an en suite bathroom with a shower.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
