Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:
The pool faces Northeast
Pool is 28x11 Spa 6.5x6 D 4.5
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Garage:
* One car can park in the garage
Up to four cars can fit in the driveway
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

This home very strictly does not allow pets.

BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

Security Camera Location Disclosure:
The driveway, doorbell, sides of the house and boat lift/dock have cameras.
Only the owner has access to these and no cameras are located inside the house or on the lanai/pool.

Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
