- Golf membership transfer is $100 cost covered by the owner when requested by the guest at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.
- Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included.
- Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse.
- Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access.
