Our 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom, private vacation with private pool is a great option for families wanting a home base to enjoy the best of all that Central Florida has to offer.

Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed / Attached Bathroom / 50-inch Smart TV
BEDROOMS (Second Floor)
Bedroom 2: One King Master Bedroom / Attached Bathroom / 50-inch Smart TV
Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom / Attached Bathroom / 40-inch Smart TV
Bedroom 4: Two Twin Bedroom / Attached Bathroom / 40-inch Smart TV

Pool Heat Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
Access to Windsor Island Resort:
* All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
* ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).
* No stays over 30 nights allowed per HOA
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 4 cars (including visitors)
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking/car limit is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk
