Home Away From Home
Walking into the home, you're welcomed with views of the lanai, pool and canal beyond and bright light streaming in. The living room with comfortable and welcoming seating and dining room with seating for six overlooking the front patio.  This split floor plan offers a master suite on one side of the house with the guest bedroom, bathroom and office on the opposite side. 

Kitchen and Dining
This kitchen is incredible with glass tile from top to bottom and plentiful cabinets and counter space. The induction cooktop makes cooking quick and easy, the views from the floor-to-ceiling windows make spending time in the kitchen the place to be. 
The breakfast nook is in the corner of patio doors and the family room windows, offering picturesque views of the pool and canal waters.
Take entertaining to the next level with the full outdoor kitchen on the lanai!

Entertainment
The sparkling pool is the main feature with a corner fountain, bistro lights strung across and an expansive lanai with comfortable seating. Enjoy relaxing with the 55-inch smart tv on the lanai.
It's not unheard of to see a manatee or ray in the canal waters beyond, certainly birds and fish are common!
Kayaks, fishing poles and bikes available for guest use as well. 
The bright family room with comfortable seating boasts canal views and a generous 86 inch tv perfect for a rainy day!

Comfortable Bedrooms
The master suite is incredible with the king bed, lanai access and views as well as ensuite bathroom with gorgeous walk in shower. The bedroom also includes a 75-inch smart tv.
A spacious second bedroom with king bed is comfortably laid out on the other side of the house and easy access down the hallway to the guest bathroom with another walk in shower. 
The den includes a dedicated office space with desk and chair and great views of the canal beyond, as well as a daybed for additional guest sleeping options.

At just under 4 miles to Downtown Historic Punta Gorda, and located on the incredibly desirable Punta Gorda Isles canal system, this house gives the best of the area. By boat, using Buckley Pass- you'll be out on Charlotte Harbor and on your way to popular outlying islands and the Gulf of Mexico. By car or bike, a 4 mile ride to the wonderful dining and live entertainment area of Downtown Punta Gorda and all that the little historic town has to offer. Less than 6 miles to Punta Gorda Airport, with non-stop Allegiant flights to and from 50+ US destinations, it's so easy to get here and enjoy the area.

Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid. This is a salt-water pool. 

BBQ use is included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
