Welcome to Mermaid Cottage in the peaceful and quiet South Gulf Cove community.This perfect vacation home caters to anyone looking to soak up the Florida sunshine and spend some quiet time together as well.
With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private pool, expansive pool deck, private backyard, close distance to beaches including incredible Boca Grande, there's plenty to do if you want to explore the Southwest Florida Gulf Coast or stay home and relax and just enjoy spending vacation time together.
Bedrooms/ Bed Sizes
Master Bedroom- King Bed with Ensuite bathroom and walk in shower
Second Bedroom- Queen Bed with tv
This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.
Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
This community is very active with bike lanes and walking trails. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience. South Gulf Cove has a boat put in at the park at the front of the community with a lovely park and a playground.
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
Brand New pool heater- Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.

Beautiful beaches are so close! Manasota Key - 14 miles and Boca Grande - 9 miles
South Gulf Cove Park - 4 miles
Hiking at Myakka State Forest - 14 miles
Hiking at Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park- 9 miles

Cape Haze Links Golf Club and Coral Creek Club are just minutes away as is Rotunda Golf and Country Club.
This is a self-catering house stay!

2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
