The family room has a large leather sectional couch with plenty of seating for the whole family. Enjoy family movie night while on vacation around the TV. s a ceiling fan to help keep cool during the warmer months.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with all the stainless steel appliances you could need during your stay, from a blender for your favorite morning smoothie to a full-sized oven. The decor is modern and has tall dark cabinets and granite countertops. Have coffee or a snack at the bar with stools for up to 4. Enjoy a proper meal with all members of the family in the separate dining area with table seating 6 people.
The ground floor of this home has 1 queen bedroom. Upstairs there is a loft that has a Foosball table and a seating area with its own if the adults and children want to split up and watch different movies or sports. There are 4 more bedrooms on the second floor, one with a King-sized bed, 3 bedrooms with two twin Each of the bedrooms all have a convenient bathroom either en-suite or nearby so no worries about sharing and waiting for someone else to be finished.

Terms And Conditions:
- Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
- Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- Accidental Damage Protection plus tax will be required on behalf of the property owner against any reported damages or loss to this property and its contents.
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Pool heat available for $30 a day and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
