A lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath pool home featuring an open floor plan and themed kids bedrooms.
From the moment you open the front door, you will pleased with what you see. The front room features a large family room and dining room, which leads into the kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dinnerware, so you can prepare some meals in the comfort of home instead of going out. Just off the kitchen is the living room with plenty of seating for your family.Bedrooms are split with the master bedroom on one side of the home and the other bedrooms down the hall on the other side. The master suite features a king bed, TV and ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen bed, TV and ensuite bath. Bedroom 3 is themed to feature everyone's favorite trouble makers, which offers 2 twin beds and a TV. Bedroom 4 is themed as classic Mickey Mouse with 2 twin beds and TV. The 3rd bathroom is a shared family bath.
Out the sliding doors, you will be able to relax alongside your very own private pool and spa combo. There are sun loungers and an outdoor table for al fresco dining. The pool area is screened in for extra comfort.
Please note that the owner of the home has provided a gas BBQ grill for guest use. Guests are responsible for replenishing the gas tank when empty, for continued use.
Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has gas pool heat which requires a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
*Pet friendly home. Max 2 pets. Pet fee of $150.00 plus tax per pet applies.
