Step into a world of luxury and enchantment at The Wizarding Mansion, one of Orlando’s most magical vacation homes, located in the prestigious Reunion Resort just 6 miles from Walt Disney World. Designed for families and groups seeking an unforgettable getaway, this show-stopping estate blends elegance, comfort, and immersive themed experiences across three stunning levels.

As you enter, the grand foyer welcomes you with oversized Italian tile flooring, artful lighting, and a floating staircase crowned by a crystal chandelier. The main living area invites relaxation with a custom Rene Cazares sectional, perfect for gathering after a day at the parks. Overlooking this space is a chef’s dream kitchen, featuring a Wolf cooktop, double ovens, Subzero fridge and freezer, Cambria quartz countertops, and a spacious island made for shared meals and memories.

The first floor features two luxurious King master suites, located near a state-of-the-art workout room, full laundry area with four washers and dryers, a full pool bath, and a superhero-themed arcade room. Kids and adults alike will love the collection of games, including multi-arcade consoles, air hockey, foosball, NOS Dead Heat racing, Golden Tee Golf, PlayStation, Xbox, and even a crafting zone for creative fun. 
 
Upstairs, five additional en suite bedrooms provide high-end comfort and thoughtful details, including a princess-inspired room styled after Belle with four full-size beds and a whimsical wardrobe. A large second-floor gathering lounge features a white leather sectional, a wet bar with an ice maker and wine fridge, and a modern pool table, with double doors leading to a covered balcony overlooking Reunion’s golf course.  
 
On the third floor, a private movie theater awaits, complete with acoustic wall panels, plush recliners, and a massive 150” projection screen. Adjacent is a secondary entertainment zone with gaming consoles and sectional seating, plus access to a sun deck with lounge seating—perfect for sunset views or evening cocktails.  
 
The magic continues with a truly unforgettable themed space: the wizard train station room. Enter through a faux brick wall and discover six “train cars,” each housing a twin memory foam bed, personal TV, reading light, USB charger, and headphones. Across the room, a spellbinding castle grounds scene includes dragon décor, bean bag seating, and ambient lighting that brings the fantasy to life.  
 
Outside, the private pool and spa area offers a peaceful retreat with lounge chairs, cascading water features, and a spa that flows into the pool. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen features a Wolf gas grill, refrigerator, ice maker, bar seating, and a 75” TV perfectly positioned for viewing from the pool or dining area.

Rental Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays 
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
