Spend your next vacation in Reunion Haven, a gorgeous 5 bed, 3.5 bath villa just walking distance from The Grande and the Seven Eagles Pool. This home has everything you and your family need to have a relaxing vacation in sunny Central Florida. Located in the prestigious Reunion Resort, you will be only a few miles away from world-renowned attractions, such as Walt Disney World® Resort, and have access to all the wonderful resort amenities.
Lounge outside by your private screened-in pool or relax in the spillover spa. Take your drinks outside and enjoy your family's company on the comfortable outdoor seating. You'll have direct access to the lanai from the living area and from the master bedroom. Relaxation is always a few steps away in Reunion Haven.
The living area has a coastal feel, so as soon as you enter the home you will be overcome with serenity. Gather the whole family together to get comfortable and watch a movie on the large TV which includes cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the supplies you'll need to prepare a delicious meal. Brew a pot of coffee and enjoy it at the kitchen nook which can seat up to 4 guests or the breakfast bar. For larger meals, bring everyone into the formal dining room which has seating for up to 6 guests.
The home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master suite is located on the ground floor and has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a large walk-in shower and garden tub in the ensuite, along with a large countertop, perfect for getting ready for your day. Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms which include a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, and 2 rooms each with 2 twin beds. There is a shared family bathroom on the top floor with a shower and tub combination. For some family fun, spend hours of fun on the Playstation 5 console or head to the converted garage game room for a friendly game of pool. There is also a washer and dryer located on the ground floor.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
