This 4,192 Sq. Ft., luxurious villa features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is located in the prestigious Reunion Resort. Offering amazing views from the Golf Course and enough space to sleep up to 10 guests, this villa will be perfect for your next family vacation. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an open floor plan with a breakfast bar with seating up to 6 guests, a spacious and charming living room and sliding doors that will take you to the breathtaking patio and views!
Stepping inside you will be greeted by an open floor living room, kitchen, and stunning views of the pool and sunshine state sky. The spacious living room will give space for you to create amazing memories with your loved ones throughout your stay. Across the room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen ready to prepare your favorite dishes. For your convenience, there are two dining room tables for you and your guests to enjoy every occasion. The dining table has space to seat up to 6 people and the formal dining room with seating for 8. Whatever you choose, Orlando Oasis has it ready for you!
Leading from the living room, you will find direct access to your private fenced pool. For your better enjoyment, there is a patio table if you feel like having an outdoor dinner and 5 sun loungers so that you can relax after swimming in the pool and take full advantage of the weather in Florida. If you don’t feel like swimming in the pool, you could just relax in your private spillover spa! Whether you are grilling in the summer kitchen or relaxing poolside you and your family will have a vacation of a lifetime.
Stop by the Game and Theater Room for hours of fun. Watch a movie in one of the 8 recliners, shoot some basketballs, challenge your family to a game of foosball, or play a game on the PlayStation.
When the day is over, head up to the bedrooms to have a good night of sleep. This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The master bedroom located on the first floor gives you direct access to the lanai and contains a large en-suite bathroom complete with a tub and a glass shower. Besides the master bedroom, Orlando Oasis offers its guests four other spacious and charming rooms, including three other king-size beds and two queen bed bedrooms divided between the first and second floor.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
