Welcome to Modern Sunset Mansion! This extravagant villa, featuring 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, is located in the prestigious Reunion Resort and is newly renovated as of January 2022. Offering amazing west-facing views of the golf course and sunset, a private saltwater pool with spillover spa, game room, theater room, themed kids' bedroom, and more, this house is the perfect home away from home for you and your family to enjoy the best vacation!
Step inside to be greeted by an open floor plan with modern and stylish furnishings. Every inch of this villa was designed to provide guests with a memorable Orlando vacation experience. The living room space, kitchen, and dining area have a modern flair. The fully-equipped kitchen will provide you with delicious meals prepared by the chef in the family! There is a breakfast island with seating for 5 guests and the formal dining room has space for up to 10 guests. Cozy up on the comfortable oversized sofa and gather together for a fun cinematic viewing experience.
Venture outside to the patio to enjoy the beautiful golf course views. At Modern Sunset Mansion, you will have a private pool, spillover spa, and summer kitchen with BBQ grill. Soak up the sun's rays while enjoying a refreshing swim in the infinity edge pool or relax on the sun loungers. Prepare a BBQ meal and dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table with space for up to 10. As the day draws to a close, you'll want to grab your camera to capture the gorgeous sunsets from the west-facing patio!
The fun doesn’t end there! Make some popcorn and host a movie night in the private movie theatre or retreat to the gamer's paradise in the connected arcade. The theater room features a 4K projector, 7.1 surround sound, comfortable recliners, and 3rd level bar-top table seating. You and your loved ones can choose one of the six bedrooms of your choice. This villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in beds that range from king to double beds. Bedrooms are very spacious and luxurious. Kids will adore the Candy Land-themed bedroom with a set of double bunk beds. They'll fall asleep dreaming of sugar plums and have sweet dreams!

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out available for an additional fee
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
