Welcome To The Comfort Island!The community of Eagle Pointe is only 10 minutes from major parks and this single level villa is an absolute beauty. Great care has been taken to furnish and decorate the entire home to an exceptionally high standard and there is a calming cream and teal theme running through the majority of the house. Upon entry there is a welcoming hallway leading to a Mickey themed twin bedroom with closet and wall mounted flatscreen as well as a queen bedroom, also with closet and wall mounted flatscreen. These bedrooms share the family bathroom which has a bath/shower combo. The main living area is open plan and has an elegant dining table seating six, large, comfortable lounge with wall mounted flatscreen and patio doors to the pool area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you should need for catering at home and has a bar seating area for two, a breakfast table for four and a utility room with washer and dryer. The master suite is truly sumptuous with it s array of coordinating throw pillows, chairs for relaxing, curved leather chaise, wall mounted flatscreen and a walk in wardrobe. There is a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring oval tub, separate shower, his n hers basins and a WC. The fourth bedroom has been converted to a play room and has a pull out couch, xBox console with two controllers, Nintendo console with two controllers and a selection of games. A wall mounted TV and some Disney accents complete the room. Internet Speed 300Mbps
Outside there is a fully screened in pool with sunbathing deck and two loungers. The entire area is surrounded with a fence so offers complete privacy and there is a lawn area for the kids to play on. A shaded lanai area offers a respite from the sun and there is a glass patio table seating four, perfect for enjoying meals outside on a warm Florida evening. The house also has a double garage and further off street parking for two cars.
