The 3 bedrooms in this home are comfortable and stylish, providing the perfect space to relax after your day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom and patio access.
One guest bedroom includes a queen bed, the other is another king bed. 

The main living room features a large wraparound couch as well as a  huge flat-screen TV. A second family room includes an additional TV, along with plenty of seating and space to spread out and enjoy family time, with multiple games provided to enjoy together. 

Take advantage of the perfect kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded cabinetry. This spacious and thoughtfully laid out kitchen is great for late-night snacks or holiday meals…. you’ll be able to cook up anything and everything. Not only that but you can head out to the patio where you’ll find a propane grill for all of your family barbeque needs! From hotdogs to steaks, you’ll be able to truly enjoy cooking for the whole crew!

The amenities in this home are perfect for a sunny Florida vacation! The sparkling pool is the perfect place to spend all day soaking up the sun. Hop in and cool off after a long day of boating too. With western exposure, you’ll get sun all day along with gorgeous nightly sunsets. There are also 2 adult bikes that you can use to explore the beautiful community. Newly added! Ping Pong table in the garage as well as a beautiful firepit by the canal for really enjoying those gorgeous Florida nights. 

At only 2.5 miles from historic downtown Punta Gorda, you have easy access via bike/boat or car to Fisherman's village and downtown restaurants and shops.  This rental is just 40 minutes from SW Florida Intl Airport in Fort Myers.

BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
Two Bikes for guest use
Pool floats are located in the garage or the storage bin on the lanai
Full-size washer and dryer for guest use
