As you walk up to the home, you are welcomed by an open, private courtyard which features a ping pong table, connect four, corn hole, comfortable sofa seating for 6 as well as built in BBQ grill and a dining table suited for 8. Off of the courtyard, you will have access to the combined movie theater and games room. The home theater has 8 reclining seats for the true movie theater experience. When movie night has come to an end, you can enjoy the multiple arcade games which includes Fast and the Furious dual arcade racers, air hockey, pac man arcade and an XBOX and PlayStation system with gaming chairs.
From the moment you open the doors of the home you will be greeted by modern furnishings and decor. The open-concept living area and kitchen will make you feel right at home. Cooking a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen will be a breeze and when finished, you can all gather around the formal dining table which can seat 8 with additional seating of 4 in the breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Venture beyond the sliding patio doors where your utopia awaits. Whether you take a splash in the private pool, take a dip in the spillover spa, or relax on one of the poolside sun loungers; the days in the Florida sun just became that much more enjoyable!
When the evenings come to a close, you can chose between 6 deluxe bedrooms. On the first floor of the home is a bedroom with a full sized bed as well as a master suite located in the mother in law suite. The remaining bedrooms are all on the second floor. Up on the second floor you will find the two large master suites. One of the King master suites gives you access to the balcony where you can see the stunning views of the Florida sunrise over the 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus course. The additional master suite includes a King sized bed as well as a Queen sleeper sofa. The remaining two rooms are custom themed Superhero and Princess rooms each with twin/twin bunk beds. In addition to the bedrooms upstairs, you will also find an open loft which has a professional poker table, golf arcade game as well as a SMART TV.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
