This spacious villa accommodates up to 16 guests with an amazing luxury furniture package, open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, kids bedrooms, New York motif game room, private home theater, and much more.This lovely villa allows for easy entertaining of the family with its open floor plan in the common areas. Get the family together for a meal around the large dining table that has seating for 12, with 5 additional comfortable bar stools at the breakfast bar. There’s room for everyone! There’s an ample seating available on the large leather sectional that surrounds the 65-inch flat screen TV, with Blu-Ray player to gather around and watch your favorite shows. Beyond the sliding doors is your own sparkling pool with spillover spa to cool off and relax your tired muscles from being out all day. Spending the day in the pool is also a great family activity if you need a rest from all the action. Enjoy snacks at the luxury outside seating area and laze about on the two cabana style loungers. • Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card.
