There are two separate living areas with large flat screen TVs and comfy sofas to gather around in. Make yourselves feel right at home in cozy decor and plentiful pillows. The kitchen is large with all the appliances you’ll need to make a meal or just heating up take out food. Set out a spread of delicious goodies on the large island for the family to pick and choose from. The kitchen has a casual dining area with seats for 5 or enjoy a formal dining experience at the large dining table in the separate dining room with seats for 6 and 2 additional chairs for up to 8 guests.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with separate shower and tub, flat screen TV, a desk to get any work done, and has direct pool access. There are 3 other bedrooms, 2 with queen-size beds and 1 with a full-sized bed. One of the queen bedrooms has sliding doors that open up to the pool. Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 30 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
