Solterra Sunrise is a gorgeous vacation home located in Solterra Resort. The home is over 3,500 square feet with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths plenty of space for your family or large group. The garage has been converted to a fun themed games room with a pool table, arcade, and foosball. Outside, enjoy the extended deck with a 15x30 pool and covered lanai perfect for relaxation or entertaining. This home combines modern style and convenience for an exceptional Florida experience.

Pool Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates. This home has electric pool heat, which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days. Pool heating is recommended from October through May. The guest is responsible for providing propane gas for the BBQ.

Upon arrival, the primary guest must visit the clubhouse to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee:
$35 for 1 12 guests
$45 for 13+ guests
Credit card only (no cash)
Guests will receive:
Resort access card
Wristbands equal to the party size
4-digit clubhouse fitness center code
Card must be returned to the clubhouse at checkout.
Slide Rules: Must be 48 tall. Single riders only. Feet-first only.
Cabanas available for rent
