Located near Turtle Beach and close to world famous Siesta Key Beach, you will have all the best that the island has to offer. This cozy cottage sits on the Intracoastal Waterway, is pet friendly, and includes a boat dock! Being so close to the bay, you are sure to see some great wildlife, such as dolphins, manatees, and more. Nestled between the tropical landscaping and trees, you will feel secluded while still being close to all of the island life.  
 
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals or a quick snack. The large dining table seats 6 and is also the perfect spot to enjoy some family time while playing one of the board games, card games, or puzzles that are included. The living room features a large Smart TV, fireplace, plenty of seating, and a queen-sized sofa bed. The master bedroom is upstairs and includes a queen bed, large walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Get your day off to a beautiful start while sipping coffee and watching the sun rise over the Intracoastal from the master bedroom balcony. Downstairs you will find one bedroom with 2 twin beds, and one bedroom with a full-sized bed. The downstairs covered lanai features plenty of seating, firepit and BBQ grill.
