BRAND NEW PET-FRIENDLY LISTING! Welcome to this beautifully renovated private pool home with lots of charm and character. The owner has placed an enormous amount of attention to detail on the property, making each guest stay as special as possible. Entering the split-floorplan property, you're welcomed into the open living space with plenty of room for the entire family to relax. The cozy living room includes a whimsical hanging chair for the ultimate reading nook or lay back and watch TV by the fireplace, which can be turned on simply for ambiance or with heat for the cooler winter months. Outside you are invited to enjoy the outdoor patio and pool where you can make the most of the Florida weather in the comfort of your own vacation home. If you are looking for some outdoor entertainment, there is a fire pit, cornhole and bikes that are there for guest use.

The open kitchen has all the necessary essentials and space to make all meals, without missing out on family time. The generous dining space includes seating for 6 (option to expand the table as well for more guests) and the coffee bar is perfect for any barista! The full-size laundry room and pantry also include a doggie door (lockable) for furry companions to access the outdoors when necessary. High-speed Internet and smart TV access included. 

As you pull into the quiet neighborhood, you'll feel right at home but still be close to all the wonderful shopping and dining offered in Port Charlotte, we're still a short drive to Charlotte Harbor and the bridge to Downtown Punta Gorda.

POOL- does not currently have a pool heater

Minimum Night Stay- 4 night minimum for the remainder of 2022

December 31, 2022- April 1, 2023- 14-night minimum with Saturday checkin and checkout only. 

This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $250 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 
Pet must be disclosed via direct message with the management company and additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

BBQ- this is a charcoal BBQ, BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional $56 fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

2 beach cruiser bikes are in the shed for guest use. It's a great neighborhood for biking, with plentiful bike trails in the area to enjoy as well. 
Beach chairs, pool floats are in the shed for guest use as well.

Beautiful beaches are so close!  Chadwick Park -Manasota Key - 24 miles and Boca Grande - 29 miles
Laishley and Gilchrist Parks in Downtown Punta Gorda just 4 miles away
Hiking with pets at Myakka State Forrest - 19 miles
Dog-Friendly Park with hiking and dog park- Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park- 20 miles
Publix is 6 minutes away, Neighborhood Walmart is about 11 minutes away.

Port Charlotte Golf Club and Kings Gate Golf Club are both a few minutes away. 

This is a self-catering house stay!
We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
