As you enter this three-story home, you will find the two first-floor king bedrooms. To the right, a king master with a 55” smart tv has a large corner shower and bathtub. The separate water closet can also open out to the pool. To the left, a mirror image king master bedroom also shares water closet access to the custom movie theater.
The family theater can be accessed from the stairs on the first floor and has 11 movie theater-style seats and a large HD projector with cable and smart features.
Access the pool from the first floor. The foyer has seating, keurig coffee bar, and a full fridge to stock snacks and drinks for the pool. Lounge outside with a par 3 view. The pool has six lounge chairs and seating for six under shade. A pool fence with a built-in gate provides added security.
Walk up the stairs to the second floor, where you are greeted by the open living and dining area. The living room has a sofa and loveseat to sit and enjoy the 70” smart tv.
Gather the family around the dining table, with room for 10. The added kitchen bar has seating for two. The 2nd-floor balcony also has table seating for six, as well as extra seating to take in the golf. The kitchen has a gas range stove and griddle, side by side fridge, double dishwashers, and standard coffee.
Beyond the kitchen is the 2nd-floor king master. This room has a 55” smart tv, an extra chair for changing, and a corner shower and bathtub. The water closet can also be closed off and has access to the main hall.
Beyond the bookcase, you will find the second wing of the home. Through the laundry room, you will discover a full two-bedroom apartment and living area. The bathroom Has a large soaker tub with spray and smart tv on the wall. There is also a separate shower and water closet that share with the 2nd-floor apartment king. The large shower is glass with double shower heads and a rain shower. The 2nd-floor apartment king is light and airy, with lots of closet space, and a 50” smart tv and cable.
The 2nd-floor apartment living area has a second fridge (side by side), gas range stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, sink, and blender. There is also a sofa with a 70” smart tv and cable. The apartment also has a second bedroom on the third floor, only accessible in this wing. The stairs off the living area lead to the third-floor queen bedrooms this bedroom has a 42” smart TV and private water closet.
The third floor of the main home is accessed right off the main kitchen. The stairs open up to the loft game area, where kids can unwind at the duel gaming stations (PS4 and Xbox one) with 55” smart TVs, or watch tv on the 70” Samsung. Pub tables and seating allow for family games. The loft game room opens to a third-floor balcony, which provides the best views of the resort. The balcony also has table seating for 6 and bench seating for 4.
Off of the loft, you find the third-floor hallway. First on the left, is the third-floor king master. This room has a 55” Samsung smart TV, and a bathroom with a glass-enclosed tub and double vanity. Further down on the left, you will find the 3rd-floor queen bedroom. This room has a 55” smart rug. At the end of the hall, the kids are all packed into the quadruple bunk room, with 8 twin beds built-in. Each bunk comes with its own cubby and storage. The third-floor bathroom is a spa-style setup, with three separate, private water closets, and three showers with privacy. The room also has four individual vanity sinks and plenty of storage for clothes and towels.

Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
