Orlando Vacation Homes®- Terms and Conditions

1.  Reservation deposit and payment - 

A $250 reservation deposit is required to reserve your home if booking more than 45 days before your arrival date.
Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.  This will be billed to your credit card number on file unless other arrangements have been made. 

2.  General Terms and Conditions -

Guests agree to the rental period will begin and end on the dates as shown on the Rental Agreement.
All properties are smoke and pet free
By state law, occupancy cannot exceed what is posted in each home.  This maximum occupancy excludes children 3 years of age and under.
You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a home and must occupy the home for the entire time period of the reservation.

3.  Check in and Check out

Check in time is 4pm.  An early check in is available for a fee an only can be changed within 3 days of arrival date (depending on availability).
Check out time is 10am.  A late check out is available for a fee and only can be changed within 3 days of your arrival date (depending on availability)

4.  Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing either by email, fax or mail.
Reservation deposit of $250 is non refundable
If canceling less than 45 days prior to your arrival date you will receive a 50% refund
If canceling less than 30 days prior to your arrival date you will receive no refund

 5.  CSA Security Deposit Insurance

This Security Deposit Protection plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.  The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1500.  Any damages that exceed $1500 will be charged to the credit card on file.  If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured person causes any damage to real property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of the repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $1500.  Certain terms and conditions apply.  Full details of the Security Deposit Protection coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy.  The Security Deposit Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in.  By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Orlando Vacation Homes any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Security Deposit Protection.  Please contact Orlando Vacation Homes directly if you do not wish to participate in this plan or assignment.

6.  Check in Instructions

After final payment has been made you will receive directions that will take you directly to the home and be given a keyless entry code for the door.
This code is time sensitive and will not unlock until 4pm on the day of your arrival and will become disabled at 10am on the day of your departure.

7.  Your rental home

All homes come with a fully equipped kitchen which includes an oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, pots/pans, eating utensils.  You will also find a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, bed linens and towels, hi speed internet, tv`s.
The home will come with a starter supply of bath soap and toilet paper.

8.  Changes to your reservation

If you find that you need to make a change to your reservation, Orlando Vacation Homes will try their best to accomodate, however this will be based on availability and a fee may be incurred.

9.  Limitation of Liability and Hurricane Policy

  • Orlando Vacation Homes® makes all reasonable efforts to provide advice and safety information.  This information can be found in the paperwork that is mailed to you.  It is the responsibility of the Guest to insure that they have read and understood the contents and advice given.  In addition Orlando Vacation Homes® states the following:
  • Orlando Vacation Homes® does not accept liability for equipment failure and or services in the Property.  In the event of failure of equipment, the Guest must notify the management company within 1 working day such that they can elect to remedy the failure
  • Orlando Vacation Homes® does not accept liabilty for lost or stolen personal property of the Guest from the Property during the Rental Period.  Orlando Vacation Homes® provides information and advice in paperwork mailed or emailed out in an advisory capacity only, with no guarantee or promises of security, even where the Guest makes us of the advice given.  In the event that the property of the Guest is lost or stolen, Guest should advise Orlando Vacation Homes® and/or the management company and they will in turn notify the proper authority.
  • Orlando Vacation Homes® accepts no liability for personal loss or injury to the Guest during the Rental Period.  The Guest must ensure that they have adequate insurance coverage.  
  • Orlando Vacation Homes® does not accept liability for acts of violence, nature, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, riot that may have a deleterious effect on the Guest.  In the event of such acts, Orlando Vacation Homes® will try to assist the Guest whenever possible to do so.
  • In the event of a Hurricane, all our properties are built to the highest level of building codes.  The Disney area is located directly in the middle of the state which is further protection for us.  If a named hurricane warning is in effect and you choose to postpone your vacation, we will allow you to use the balance you`ve paid as a credit towards a future stay with us, to be used within 1 year of your original vacation dates.  If your arriving flight is cancelled due to hurricane warnings, we will give you a credit toward a future stay within 1 year.
