ORLANDO VACATION – HURRICANE GUARANTEE

HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY

If a hurricane warning is in effect and you choose to postpone your Orlando vacation, we will allow you to use the balance you’ve paid as a credit towards a future stay with us at Orlando Vacation Homes, to be used within 1 year of your original vacation dates. If you choose to stay in a less expensive property or for a shorter period of time, we are not able to refund any unused portion of the balance.

If hurricane conditions damage your vacation home to any more than a minimal degree of damage within 1 month prior to your vacation or during your vacation dates we will refund 100% of your rental balance paid whether or not you have postponed your vacation dates in advance. If your arriving flight is cancelled due to hurricane warnings, we will refund 100% of your rental balance paid.

If you are forced to evacuate during your stay, or your vacation homes loses power for any longer than 2 hours, and you must depart early we will refund 100% of any unused portion of your stay, or we would be happy to move you to another comparable vacation home if you wish to stay.
