Is this a time share offer? No, we are not in anyway affiliated with time share. The homes and townhouses are owned by an individual.  If you are interested in one of these great investment opportunity, we also sell rental properties. 

Is the home or townhouse I see on the Internet the one I get? Yes, we guarantee that the home you reserve on our website, is the home you will be staying in.. 

Are the pools heated? All of the pools in our private homes can be heated at an additional charge of $100 per week or $20 per day plus 13% Florida sales tax with a 4 day minimum. Also, the community pool where the townhouses and resort homes are located is heated when the temperature dictates the need.

Do you allow pets? Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in any of the homes or townhouses.

How close are the homes and townhouses to Disney World? We are very close to Disney! Every home or townhouse that we have is less than 3 miles from Disney.

Is there shopping near by?  Yes, there is a grocery store, Publix, drug store, Walgreens  and many restaurants including Outback Steak House, Carrabas Italian grill, TGIFridays and Red Lobster are  less than 2 miles from all of our properties.

Is the property fully equipped? Yes, every home and townhouse has a full kitchen including cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher, washer/dryer, tvs (many with big screens), VCR, DVD, stereo, alarm clock, hair dryer, pak n play, a highchair, Playstation 2 game system, hi speed internet.

Is there air conditioning and heat? Yes, all of our homes and townhouses have central air and heat.

Are linens and towels provided? Yes, there are linens and towels provided in each unit with an extra set for each bed.

Are the properties cleaned daily? No, the property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Mid stay cleans are available at a charge.

Are there cleaning supplies? We do not leave any chemicals in the home but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, dishwasher, iron and ironing board in the property. There are starter paper products in the home. You will be responsible for your other needs there after. There is a grocery store within 1 mile of all of our properties.

Are the properties non-smoking? Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside of the property only.

Are the properties pet friendly?  No, unfortunately we have to enforce a no pet rule so that all of our guests can enjoy the home they rented from us.

How long has OVH been in business? Orlando Vacation Homes is in its 11th year of business. We are also a member, in good standing,  of the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida.  We have brochures that we will be happy to send you.
