We have been renting homes in Pennsylvania since 1986 and then expanded into Avalon, NJ all the time coming down to sunny Florida in the winter. First just for a few weeks then for months at a time. We bought our first home in Florida in 1996 and started renting it out when we were not there. Soon we were buying our second and third home and started Orlando Vacation Homes®. Our first homes were in Linfield's and Indian Creek but we later sold them and bought in Windsor Palms, a gated resort community. With lots of community amenities and only 3 miles from Disney World this was the perfect spot for a wonderful vacation. Next we bought in Windsor Hills, the sister community to Windsor Palms and only 2 miles from Disney World. Terry, my wife, got her real estate license and offers to her clients a place on our website to rent there home. Next came Paradise Palms, the newest resort community where you can rent 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses with a splash pool. This resort offers a huge club house and pool area complete with waterfalls, grotto and hot tub.
