About the Owners of
Orlando Vacation Homes

In 1996, Jeffrey and Terry Pyle, owners of Orlando Vacation Homes, bought their first home in one of the only short term rental communities in Central Florida – Lindfields.  Shortly after that they purchased their 2nd home in Lindfields and created Orlando Vacation Homes.  As years went by they purchased more homes in Indian Creek and Rolling Hills Estates until a new development, which included 24 hour security guard a huge clubhouse with a movie theater, exercise room, game room, tennis/volleyball/basketball courts, playground, and an Olympic size pool broke ground.  Jeffrey and Terry started moving their efforts into this development called Windsor Palms, where they own many homes and townhouses.  A few years later, it’s sister resort community of Windsor Hills was built and they purchased several homes and townhouses in this resort also.

Jeffrey and Terry’s efforts are now concentrated in the 2 resort communities, a few miles from Animal Kingdom.  They pride themselves on repeat customers through good customer service, upscale furnishings and décor in their homes and townhouses, and the fact that their homes are close to the clubhouse.
